Hi Julie,

You may also have noticed that I acknowledge there could be great jokes tucked in the film. It's possible this movie is fantastic, and that even a liberal like me will find things to admire in it.

But the point of Trailer Scaler is to analyze previews, not films. A trailer is explicitly asking viewers to make a judgment on the film being advertised, and that's what I'm using this feature to do.

Instead of slamming me personally, can I invite you to respond to the trailer itself? Are there things in it that appeal to you? If so, what are they? Are there things you don't like? What are they?

If you and I can discuss this trailer together, without calling each other names, then we may be able to learn things about how the other thinks. That's the point of this site.

Right now, you're only telling me that I'm stupid and humorless, which doesn't encourage me to listen.

I'm sure you have ideas about this film and what it represents, and I'd imagine there are parts of my analysis that you disagree with. If you want to tell me what those things are, I'd love to discuss them with you.

I'm absolutely amazed that you can rate this movie without, as you mentioned in the 5th paragraph, actually seeing it.

You say it "seems" utterly devoid of intelligent humor - ? Why on earth should I listen to you if you haven't freakin' seen the movie?

I'm sure you're liberalism got in the way, since liberals in general have no sense of humor.

Michael Moore is a freak and it's about time someone made some jabs at his sanity!
