That’s right, y’all! Ruth and Esther, your favorite no-nonsense Southern ladies, are back Off Broadway, co-starring me!
In case you’ve got Ax Hammer’s, I play Esther Hancock McEchnie, a (slightly) aging second grade teacher from Bulls Gap, Tennessee who hosts a weekly variety show with her best friend Ruth Forestall (Marya Grandy.) The show is mostly improvised and entirely awesome.
This year, the ladies are throwing a holiday party called Ruth and Esther’s Egg Nog Revue. Be on the lookout for politics, game shows, and several Christmas sweaters on loan from my very own mother.
